Welcome to DHM Beading! By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

All of our items are handmade and unique. Slight variations in color, shape, and bead placement are part of the charm of handmade goods. Product photos are accurate representations, but actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

All prices are listed in USD. Orders must be paid in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, error, or violation of our terms.

All sales are final.
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if agreed upon in writing prior to returning the item. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Custom orders are welcome! A deposit or full payment may be required upfront depending on the design. Once a custom order is started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

DHM Beading is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Jewelry is not intended for small children and may pose a choking hazard.
